These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, quotations, and enquiries made through lubricanthub.com. By placing an order or enquiry, you agree to these terms.

2. Products & Suitability

Lubricant Hub supplies a range of lubricants, industrial oils, and related products. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify product suitability for their equipment, machinery, or application before purchase. No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is given unless expressly stated in writing by Lubricant Hub.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated, and are subject to change without notice. Quoted prices are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only on receipt of full payment or under an approved credit arrangement. Lubricant Hub reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion without liability.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates only. Lubricant Hub is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics, supply chain disruptions, or circumstances beyond its control.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lubricant Hub’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order. Lubricant Hub is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including equipment damage, production downtime, or loss of profit.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
