Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns
Due to the nature of lubricants and industrial oils, Lubricant Hub does not accept returns once products have been dispatched, unless the product is demonstrably defective or was delivered in error.
2. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify Lubricant Hub within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Lubricant Hub will assess the claim and, at its sole discretion, arrange a replacement or issue a credit note.
3. Buyer Responsibility
It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm product suitability — including viscosity grade, specification compliance, and compatibility — before ordering. Returns will not be accepted where the buyer ordered an unsuitable product without prior verification.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Lubricant Hub reserves the right to deduct any delivery or handling costs.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Opened containers, partially used products, contaminated stock, or products improperly stored are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
