Description
The Castrol Cresta VA range is formulated with high quality mineral base oils, with the addition of friction and lubricity modifiers to increase the film strength and reduce friction.
Application
- Cylinder and Packing lubrication on reciprocating gas compressors when compressing natural gas below its dew point
- Cylinder lubricant for reciprocating steam engines operating with wet (non-superheated) steam
- Higher viscosity products from Cresta VA range can also be used in worm gearboxes
