Description

Castrol Hyspin™Spindle Oil 10 is based upon highly refined mineral oil enhanced with rust and oxidation inhibitors and formulated to provide outstanding protection against rust and oxidation while demonstrating good lubricity.

This type of oil is also referred to as “R and O” oil.

Application

Castrol Hyspin Spindle Oil is designed for use in all types of spindle bearings, including precision machine tool bearings and as it is free from anti wear additives it is suitable for seal oil systems .

Hyspin Spindle Oil is classified as follows:

• DIN 51502 classification – HL.
• ISO 6743/4 – Hydraulic Oils Type HL.
• ISO 6743/2 – Spindle Oils Type FC.

Hyspin Spindle Oil 10 meets or exceeds the following industry specification:

• Cincinnati Lamb (formerly Milacron) P-62 (FC-10) – Spindle Oil 10.
